A: That is correct. Rechargable batteries, like in most rechargable products, have a life expectancy of roughly 5 years. This can vary depending on environmental factors and use case.

My hearing loss is not
My hearing loss is not that much compared to normal. I find negative things that keep me from wearing the pro hearing aids. The hearing aid cannot be reprogrammed to a different level (normal, outside, restaurant) outside the case. The hearing levels in the hearing aids will reset to a higher level in mild windy conditions, making me have to reset the aid to lowest level manually quite often. The hearing acuity is very good, without hollow acoustics while I am wearing the hearing aids. I think it is a good product but only worth 4 stars for me.

So, unfortunately my device cannot be used. I bought it as a gift for my grandmother who is Brazilian and when sending it to Brazil it was stopped by customs. Unfortunately, we paid the customs fee but it was never sent to our home. Anyway, I thank you for the quality and speed of delivery here in the USA!

The smallest hearing aids I have EVER worn. Quality is nice and the app function is simple. The different ear tip sizes were a plus since I had to use a medium on the left and large on the right.

I have tried out other devices and non can compare in the sizing and performance like Core one. Very tiny and easy to carry around.
