I was looking for a nice middle of the road turntable and this one works great. Easy to operate, even though I do miss the auto-return feature. Connects to our Sony Sound Bar every time. I love the no-cables connecting the most.
I have been very happy with this. But...

The tone arm lift needs work. Sets FAR to fast! I had to watch some videos and then add some resistance fluid to the lifter. it still is not as good as I want,

This turntable is very plasticky and cheap, basically you get what you paid for. Great for entry level users, but not for the more sound oriented connoisseur. Be aware this turntables bluetooth is fussy and can be a pain to pair. After 1 year, the bluetooth pooched and no longer works.

I use the turn table to sit back and listen to various music. This was just going to be a hobby and now is a passion. This is a must-buy and well worth the money.

I purchased 2 of the Bronze edition thinking it would be more of a collectable but I am thinking it was not a good purchase. It feels very cheap. It does do what it is supposed to do and looks nice but there are better options, like the 140 XP. All the OEM and Super OEM decks are made by Hanpin no matter the brand. This deck is kind of a dissapointment. I purchased 2 of these and will definitely be returning at least one, maybe both. It does look nice in the collection of DJ decks that I own. Looks are deceiving ...

Did a quick survey of preferred record players/turntables on the internet and found that this one had all the features i wanted, Bluetooth, analog, and digital, + the 3 speeds. I'm particularly interested in transferring some of my father's old Caribbean music collection to a digital format.

Great product! High quality and easy to set up. Plug in and play! Bluetooth connectivity is a breeze. It remembers my Marshall Middleton speaker and syncs up automatically the moment I turn both on. Would definitely purchase another! *purchased from UO

I had a AT LP-60 Belt Drive Automatic unit that I had for about 8-10 years, and I had used it in a basement remodel that had a small audio improvement, but not a full home theater setup. Two in-ceiling speakers and a floor woofer, tied into a decent Denon receiver, with some additional equalizers and amps and CD players. I started looking for an upgrade for a few reasons. My wife was looking for me to be able to listen via Bluetooth when she preferred I wasn't blowing out the sound throughout the entire house! I also had received some old 78's that I wanted to play and the LP-60 cannot play them. My study focused on this model - bluetooth, USB, and 78 compatibility. An audiophile friend had also pointed in this direction. It set up easily, easier than a belt drive unit. It is also a very good looking turntable so I started by keeping it out in the room and hooking it up via a bluetooth Bose Mini Sound Link Speaker. It sounded wonderful, even coming through the small bluetooth speaker. But I still hadn't connected it to the main system. We both had a strong desire to keep it out displayed. I then discovered, something I hadn't realized is that my Denon receiver actually had bluetooth capability. I then figured out how to run the turntable through the receiver and now I am looking for a permanent furniture solution to keep vinyl and the turntable out where everyone can see them and use them. Through the main system speakers the sound is better than the old AT I had - the speed control is solid, no hum has ever come through from the direct drive motor. I am very happy with this unit because not only does it sound very nice, it also has brought more of my vinyl out for our family and friends to hear.

Recently set up a home stereo system. Receiver: Sony STR-DH190 Turntable: Audio-Technica AT-LP120XTB-USB-CR CD Player: Onkyo C-7030 Speakers: Klipsch Synergy F-300 I used the direct out from the receiver into a Vizio SB3851-CO surround sound system to use the subwoofer to pick up any lows the Klipsch speakers missed. All I can say is wow! This set up sounds incredible. I'm not a techie but I did my research when purchasing these components. I can definitely tell a difference in sound quality and dynamics. This is a quality turntable that brings out the nuances in vinyl that I've never heard. I can't speak to the longevity of this device but so far I'm more than satisfied. If you're on the fence, don't be. This turntable is worth every penny.

Quite a few things I really like is that it was SO Simple to set up. Sounds great. The ability to change out to a more professional stylus. I used an Ortofon Concorde CLUB Cartridge with stylus. LOVE how it sounds so much better than the standard stylus. Bluetooth; works like a charm and easy to set up. Thank you, Audio-Technica for a great turntable that is affordable and sounds very good.

Overall it is a very good product, with and exceptionally good VM95E included cartridge/stylus. Too bad for the antiskating setting which is almost usless and has been broken for years; I had hoped it was finally fixed. At least you can tweak it into usefulness, just don't follow the recommended values. I would recommend playing it w/o the dust cover which is very thin and prone to catching the lower freq sounds, not to mention it scratches by just looking at it. The reviews I've seen places the turntable at the near top player for the money, you need an extra $200 for the next best turntable.
easy set up and great sound quality.

just received my new turntable and i must say so far i am impressed with the set up and also most important the sound quality of this turntable.i just recently purchased some older vinyl records that were from the early 60s and early 70s used but in really good condition and played them on the new turntable and am very impressed with the sound quality.no record rumble and very clean sound.vinyl sounded better than i remember and the used albums are in very good condition with almost no record cracking or popping and almost no distortion i am running this through an onkyo surround amp with klipsch thx speakers and a 200 watt subwoofer..AT-LP120XBT-USB very happy with this purchase.now on to recording them to my computer.

I purchased this turntable as an upgrade to my system. I had just returned to this hobby. After assembling and listening to my entry level (what I can afford) system, I felt I should have put more into the turntable. I did some research and counted my cash reserves. This turntable was the result. I am more than pleased. The sound improved considerably while the look is classy and a little retro. It's a breeze to setup and play. The direct drive motor is very quiet. I have been unable to detect any distortion produced by its operation. The included cartridge is more then adequate for a start. Upgrading the cartridge is an easy task due up the removable shell. And/or if one prefers upgrading by replacing the Audio Technica stylus. The built in preamp is nice and performed in my testing period, but I believe the phono preamp of my Receiver produces a slightly better sound. However the difference in hardly noticeable. I found the speed adjustment is easy to use, again during the texting period, but it has not been needed in real time use. The quarts lock has keep the speed perfectly stable. The sound produced is more than pleasurable. It has given my modest system a wider sound stage, with better separation and accurate sound reproduction. The sound jumps at you with that special quality of vinyl. I have no issue with the full manual operation nor the "S" shape tonearm. However, the damped queuing has never functioned properly. I was informed by Audio Technica of the option to return it for repair. I thought that unnecessary. I adapted the dropping process. This is a very nice TT. Though Audio Technica rates it a step below their audiophile TTs for my system this was the perfect fit. It's well made and operates properly with the minor exception of the damped queuing. Recommended for one with audiophile taste but limited funds.
