Q: Is assembly required?

A: Yes but the assembly is easy. It only requires a few steps which is connecting the bow to the wreath and candle. There are instructions that come with the wreath as well.

Q: Since it did not come with replacemnt bulbs or instructions on how to replace them, How do you replace bulbs that burn out?

This Lighted candle wreath is not what is pictured on Target's website. I uploaded pictures showing the actual wreath received. I also included the picture of the box they came in which is the actual wreath. The pictures on Targets website is from another company and not this wreath! The wreath shown on Target's website is from Hammacher Schlemmer! https://www.hammacher.com/product/36-ultrabright-candled-wreath?promo=holiday-outdoor-decorations This is a cheaper version of the wreath. Not sure what to say, but disappointed about the misleading pictures! May return???
