Description

Wonderful Dinner Party
Every family has a person who does most or all of the holidays. I like to arrange the table seatings for various reasons. These place cards are simple to use with your computer and printer, they look great on the table, and the guests are delighted with their table companions.

Beautiful Cards; Lousy Interphase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cards themselves were lovely, but I have an old version of Word, and it simply didn't work. I had to download the template for each page I keyed. I wouldn't buy them again, if I could find a different brand. Very inexpensive, BTW.

Hello, thank you for your review. With Word templates, you should be able to add another page with the Enter key. If your version does not allow that, you could also design on our free site, avery.com/dpo and use the Add sheet option. Watch out for technical problems
The quality of the place cards is excellent. The paper stock is substantial, and the gold trim is tasteful. But the software to turn my Excel guest list into place cards was a nightmare. I've used many Avery products with no such problems, but even my IT specialist couldn't get this one to work. I ended up typing in each label by hand.

Wedding Place cards
These were a time saver when combined with the Avery Template and they were beautiful! My suggestion would be that Avery tweek the template a bit - I found when printing the place cards the names on the lowest row were not centered vertically. At the top of the page they printed perfectly.

Party quality and great for elegant events

I didn't even realize they do more upscale items like party place cards. These are high end, good stock cards that do the job and show their elegance as well. I am impressed.

Simply Elegant!
