The box is big and it lasts about a month! I like that they are tablets because you don’t taste anything. The tablets are a good size too which makes them easy to take! I highly recommend these tablets!

I'm glad that it helps with my bone health, I seem to get less night sweat episodes. I'm pretty sure my hot flashes were a little less intense as well. The packaging clearly states what it does and it's a pretty color.

The pill is small and round, and it very easy to swallow. I didn't have an upset stomach afterwards. I like that it has vitamin D because bone health is important as I get older. I like the small sized tablet because it is easy for me to swallow. I have found that it has helped with my night sweats because I have felt more comfortable while using the product. I would recommend this to others who are seeking relief with night sweats during menopause.

I have been suffering from both for a while now and just needed to find the right product and this is it. There are no bitter aftertaste and the pills are very easy to swallow. I will definitely be buying this product.
