Q: Should you combine these with the morning vitamins as well?
A: Thanks for reaching out with your question about our Liquid Multivitamin and the Liquid Multimineral product options. Both our Liquid Multivitamins and the Liquid Multiminerals are “multis” but they have several notable differences — the most important difference being that one is primarily a mineral blend while the other is primarily a vitamin blend! Our Liquid Multivitamin line is designed as a broad-spectrum multivitamin, intended to be taken earlier in the day to support overall health, metabolism, and the immune system. The Liquid Multimineral, on the other hand, is designed to be taken about an hour before bed to help support rest and relaxation for the evening. An individual may take both daily to support overall health and wellness! Both our Liquid Multivitamins and Liquid Multiminerals are formulated for the whole family, ages 2 and up (with adjustable dose recommendations in the suggested use). I hope all this information helps! As always, when considering what supplements may be best for you and your family, we recommend speaking with a physician or healthcare professional for their guidance.

Q: Can this be taken in combination with their regular morning multivitamins?
A: Hello! Yes. Our Liquid Multivitamins and Nighttime Multiminerals were designed to be taken during the course of a day. The multivitamin in the morning and the nighttime multimineral at night. As always, our best recommendation is to consult with your physician or healthcare professional to make sure it is a good fit for your child.
