it said it was in stock, that's the only reason I ordered today. nobody contac met saying it wasn't available. they just cancelled my ribs. super disappointed.

Someone butchered this meat incorrectly probably using a saw rather than a knife. The result was multiple, unexpected, tiny bone fragments in the meat of every rib. I couldn’t eat the ribs normally because I would risk swallowing them. I certainly could never give this to a child. I need to find a new place to buy ribs and I could never recommend these to anyone.

these were actually really good. I've really surprised. Target in Buffalo MN has an odd variety in their grocery section. I had to order the ribs just out of curiosity. The amount of meat, and the quality was good. down to the bone.

Much better price than Publix. Like half the price. For everyone saying there is a smell when you open, they pack meat in gasses to keep it fresh. It’s normal just pat them dry with paper towel and let em sit to air out

Meat is fine, not sure what it’s called but there’s tiny little pieces of bones that were found, not safe for my toddlers

Wow these were amazing! I prepared them with the Good&Gather collabs Rodney Scott seasoning blends and cooked in the oven.

The smell was so strong when we opened the package up. We let it air dry and the smell stayed even after cooking. It grossed me out so bad.

horrible smelling ribs never again and I will never buy any from the store again I see they have this problem very often from reading all the other reviews. I live in southern New Jersey. Gloucester County went to the Mantua target to purchase these and it don’t cut my whole house for a little while

If it can give zero star i will rate 0 … they don’t put the meat in cooler at least… temperature from the meat is room temperature and when i open it… it smell so bad … i throw this meat in trash

I’m surprised at all the negative reviews, I cooked a rack recently and really enjoyed it. Addressing some of the comment I’ve read: I always find ribs packed this way have an odor when first opened, if you want a rib that’s trimmed you need to buy St. Louis style, remember to remove the membrane and if your ribs are tough you didn’t cook them correctly.

I bought these ribs on August 8th and cooked them today August 10th which was still within the best before date. The ribs smelled off when I removed them from the plastic packaging but I cooked them thinking it might get better. Instead my entire kitchen smelled like ammonia and it was worse than before I cooked them. I brought the entire packaging and cooked ribs back to Target and asked for a refund at customer service. The cashier Sydney had to call the manager and we waited at the desk. Finally after a long wait, the manager Stephanie came and said I could not get a refund because the ribs were cooked. I asked why that made a difference since I brought everything back to Target and they could see I had not consumed the product. I was not satisfied with their response and they said I could call guest relations and sort it out myself and then the manager walked off. She was very dismissive and acted as if I was wasting her time. It took another long phone call with guest relations to get my money refunded, but they did so with no issues when I explained the situation. I later found out Target has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on fresh items, so I am surprised at the attitude of the employees in store.
