The Bottle Washer Pro holds up to 4 bottles, pump parts, sippy cups and accessories from virtually all brands, including plastic, silicone and glass bottles. It offers 6 functions and is clinically proven to clean significantly more effectively than bottle brushes AND proven to clean better than other brand washers! Not worth the money
This washer was decent for a while but for the price it should have lasted longer. It gets very finicky and the screen will die. Not worth the money.

Bottle washer malfunction
We've had our bottle washer for 6 months and it has stopped working multiple times, even after troubleshooting. We're very frustrated as we feel it hasn't been long enough/ used enough to be breaking down like this.

Junk
Biggest piece of junk that we wasted time and good friends wasted money on. The first one we got was a gift, thankfully, it barely made it two months without it throwing random error codes every single time we try to use it so we submitted a claim and got them to replace it and they replaced it with the pro and here. We are two months later, with the same codes, biggest waste of time, energy and money. Don’t buy it unless you wanna buy another one in a couple of months.

Always malfunctions and bad design
This product keeps giving errors when I run it. I even had the company send a replacement just for the new one to do the same thing. I essentially cannot use it because it will start running and then stop with an error code after 2 minutes. I am also disappointed with the design. None of my bottles or pump parts fit well and will fall out onto the floor when I lift the lid making them dirty again. I would recommend a different brand where you can load things down into the washer.

When the machine stops shortly after starting and displays an error, it’s often related to the safety sensors detecting either the floating magnet (E4) or water remaining in the sump (E5). Contact our customer care team and we can walk you through common troubleshooting tips. Regarding the design concerns, we appreciate your feedback. Bottle and pump part shapes vary widely, and while the washer is designed to fit most brands, some items may not seat as securely as others.
