A: The washer uses a lot of water and I use tap water because I wash a lot bottles. After it fills up 4 bottles you begin the wash. Brezza offers a descaling solution.

Works, but it's longer process than it's expected
Maybe if we didn't use so many bottles this would have been a better investment. For the newborn stage when you've got tons of bottles find one with bigger capacity. Otherwise you have to clean it basically every other day. I also wish there was just a sterilize option for the bottles ive had to wash by hand

Goodbye to the boiling hot pot of water!
My mom had me in the late nineties and told me how you had to sterilize bottles before (which people still do nowadays) but after the simplicity of the baby brezza, my mom even wishes they had something like this back then. I don’t have to spend an hour figuring out my bottles!

Good - Breaks near the warranty period
This product was fantastic for about 7/8 months and around that time we started getting regular error codes. Now at nine months it is starting to fully malfunction and is clearly not using the necessary amount of water. The warranty is only a year and to utilize a proof of purchase is necessary. Since this was a gift (as I assume a significant number of their products would be) we do not have that. It’s frustrating this product couldn’t get us across the finish line for the price point.

Junk machine
Used for under a year then put in storage until new baby came. It was about a year it was in storage. Now the machine won’t run and is giving e4 error regardless what I do to remedy it. Total junk and not worth the money whatsoever. When it was working, I felt like it put a scaly film on whatever was being washed.

Usually a product has to grow on me, but I fell in love with this instantly. it was a second baby splurge and it was so easy to use and worked so well. bottles came out sterilized and dry, and offers a 14 month warranty.

Problems w/product, warranty not being honored
The Baby Breeza washer and sanitizer works great when it works. We are grandparents that do not use this product daily and we still have had problems with this draining into the receptacle. The issue started about 6 months into our every other day use. That was about a year ago. We called numerous times. We did all the instructed corrections. We gave up on it for a few months then tried it again. It started working again for about 5 uses. This has been going on for almost a year now. We have tried to get the video also as requested. Can never catch it in error. It’s supposed to be a connivence but certainly isn’t when you either have to watch it or can’t use it. We just want the warranty to be upheld.

Doesn’t do a good job washing
Started using the machine now that baby is here, unfortunately it doesn’t do a good job washing or rinsing the bottles, 9 out of 10 times you have to rewash them because there’s still a residue on them, and that’s kind of the whole point of the machine, very disappointing for the price point. Also, this machine only has enough room for you to load four bottles, which is insane when you consider how many bottles you go thru in a day, I wish I did more research before buying it, definitely can’t recommend this

They do not sell a replacement lid.
Disappointed that they do not sell a replacement lid. One unfortunate fall cracked ours and now we don’t have anyway to use it. Otherwise we really enjoy the unit. It’s works great and certainly feels faster than handwashing at time.
