Not soft, more like a thick sheet
I bought this for our newborn. I like the style, simple stripes, and color. However, I didn't like the material. I was looking for a more soft swaddle. The material felt more like a sturdy sheet. If you are looking for a less soft material, then this would be a good fit for you.

Horrible packaging
The product has sticky tape residue all over the hat that will not wash out. Who tapes a cloth product to cardboard? Will not wash out so a complete waste of money. Do not buy!

Didn't realize the intention to be for photo ops. the blue stripes are pretty and would work well for photos, but the paint on the fabric is so coarse that I wouldn't use for daily use--which was the intention for registering for this item. will be returning

Favorite swaddles
I bought a few different swaddles for my newborn, and these by far were my favorite. I bought several more after trying them out. The stretchy material allowed us to snugly swaddle him so he could not get his arms out, and looks extra cute for pictures! I do wish they had more prints

Very cute swaddle and hat! The stripes are a little stiff but it gets softer after washing. Nice sized swaddle and hat. Will be using for newborn photos. Only 4 stars because the edges of the swaddle do roll a little once washed.
