They taste okay in the soup I made, but somehow they seem unripe (green) and old (squishy when raw) at the same time. I’m not a potato expert, so maybe the green indicates something else, but every time I’ve bought these elsewhere they were actually yellow.

Amazing in the air fryer! Tossed them in a little olive oil, garlic powder, and Lawrys seasoning. 400 for about 8 mins. Crispy skin, tender and sweet inside.

These potatoes are fine in terms of taste, unless you get a bag of green ones, but be aware that they are not baby potatoes. They are only slightly smaller than regular-sized potatoes, but three times more expensive.
