These are delicious and so quick and easy. I remember instant potatoes from decades ago and they were awful. Only tried these as I had a dental procedure done and mashed potatoes were one of only a few items suggested to eat so I gave these a try. There is enough for 2 generous servings and only require water to make. They will definitely be on my shopping list from now on.

So, I had never even thought to get instant potatoes before and I ended up ordering these because Target was out of stock on real potatoes. Anyway, I am really impressed and have bought just about every flavor since. I guess I’m kind of addicted. I add cheddar cheese and sour cream and use 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of water instead of 2 cups of water. It is so good.

Been using Idahoan Roasted Mashed Potatoes for a few years They are the closest to real mashed potatoes that I have ever used. The Roasted Garlic is our favorite. Just the right amount of garlic. Easy to make - nice shelf life - and reasonably priced.
