Q: Can the car seat be used without the base in a car?

submitted by K - 1 year ago
  • A: Yes, I've strapped it into other family members' cars (ones who don't have a base of their own) without the base easily. There are 2 strap loops on each side of the car seat where you can loop the seat belt across the car seat and then snap the belt. However, if this is your main car, it is much easier to use the base. The EZ lift button is a 1 sec maneuver, which I LOVE.

Q: My baby is 29 inches long, and the max height is 29.5 inches. I wanted to look for a new car seat. What is the next size up car seat called that still fits in the base and stroller that’s with this one?

submitted by mdrury - 27 days ago
  • A: You child has outgrown an infant carrier. You can move to one of our Convertible car seats. Trooper or Cover Me are both great options. https://babytrend.com/collections/convertible-car-seats
