submitted byBaby Trend - 3 years agoBrand expertA: Very unlikely. We’ve used this in at least 6 vehicles. The booster is very wide - it covered the buckle in 5 of 6 vehicles we used it in. Only in an XL SUV is the belt buckle accessible enough for the child to buckle himself.

submitted byBaby Trend - 4 years agoBrand expertA: Not sure what the Baby Trend expert is talking about. Just bought this seat and it is definitely NOT latch compatible. The manual specifically states "Secure this Booster Seat with the vehicle seat belt at all times (even when there is no child in it). An unsecured child restraint can injure someone if crash occurs." This is very disappointing given that both the product description and the answer to this question suggest that it is compatible with Latch. Too bad Bay Trend can't get their act together -- it looks like a nice seat.
