Color coded connections, as pictured. Versatile color options and 3 ways to carry baby. This carrier is rated for babies up to 25lbs and or 30 inches tall. As long as you read the instructions, the hips and legs should be properly supported because the seat area is adjustable. For my smaller baby, it's amazing. When the baby starts getting close to outgrowing the carrier, it lacks enough lower back support for a full day of wear.

It is so comfortable for my baby and myself. I can easily carry him for a good amount of time while out and about. I also use the carrier while babysitting my young nephew. Definitely recommend!
