Better for short babies. My baby is very tall at 4 months old and weighs 17 pounds. He looks like he could fall right out of the top of this thing. The head support only reaches up to his upper back so if you have a longer baby that can't support their head, this wouldn't work. The head support straps almost need to go under my babies arms because of how tall he is in there. I do love all the pockets though! I don't think I would trust this carrier on my back but for short periods of front carrying it works OK especially since my baby can hold up his own head. Additionally, if you use the narrow seat as suggested for younger babies facing in, it does not give you the proper M position so I wouldn't carry very long like that. Overall I might recommend this carrier if your baby is short or for the stages when they can hold their head up on their own and no longer require the M position, so after 6 months maybe. The pockets are my favorite part.

Really difficult to get a safe "M" shape for baby's legs. Even the product photos show baby in unergonomic positions. Save your money for a better quality baby carrier from a better brand.

I bought it a month and a half ago my baby is only 2 month and a half her head still can’t support by itself and her head is ALWAYS GOING BACKWARDS her blood is going to her head overall it’s not a carrier for baby’s that cannot support their head yet

I have three kiddos and my youngest is under 2 years. About 16 months exact. She was so comfortable in this carrier she did not fuss or cry about wanting out like she has before with other child carriers. I love the fact this one also has easily accessible pockets and zip pouch for my phone and other personal items! Would definitely recommend for a first time parent traveling with small children to infants. Or even someone who's not had success with other carriers to try this one from Infantino because I bet on them falling in love with it as much as myself and my 16 month old daughter !

Pros: lightweight, lots of stretchy pockets (would be great for travel), lots of ways to wear. Cons: difficult to adjust the straps (I couldn't get the waistband as tight as I'd like), directions are complicated. Overall it's nice for the price, but is not very easy to use in my opinion. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

My daughter has Spina Bifida and is able to walk but for some longer distances sometimes needs a little relief. She is on the smaller side so carrying her in an infant carrier is still comfortable and easy. This was comfortable for both my child and myself. We wore it all day at the local aquarium and to walk around the mall. She enjoyed being close to me and even took a nap in it.

Due to that I'm not sure how long I could carry him if he were bigger without my back getting sore. But that's a me thing. I think anyone of average height wouldn't have that problem. I was carrying him facing me so I don't think I'd have any issues if I carried him on my back. I like the additional pockets in the front. I used them to keep my debit card and phone in while shopping so I wouldn't have to carry in my purse. I didn't use the bigger pockets that were meant for diapers and wipes but I can see how that would come in handy. Overall, I think this is a great product. Infantino sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program

It was confusing to set up and put on. I wouldn't say it's as easy as the other carriers that I own, but it did slightly get easier the more I used it. This was easy on my lower back, which was a plus. All in all, it's a solid carrier for a great price.
