In the early months, until your baby starts trying to sit up, you can use it as a bouncer with the baby strapped into the harness. Once your baby is able to sit unaided, you can then use the bouncer as a comfortable child seat by simple reversing the fabric seat. You can use the product as a bouncer until your child weighs 20lbs/9kg or starts trying to sit up. Remember to keep your baby under constant supervision, use the safety harness and double-check that the snaps are locked (you can choose between two positions) when using the product as a baby bouncer.
When your child has learned to walk and sit down unaided, simply turn the fabric seat around and use the product as a comfy children's chair up until they reach 29 lbs.
