I can’t believe the prices on potty chairs. Hello - you still have to take care of the waste! But this one is the closest to “worth it.” No unnecessary bells and whistles. It is nice and sturdy on the floor. I can set it in the back of the car and not worry about it tipping over. It helps my kid stay “squatty” for the best positioning (add some books under each foot if it isn’t squatty enough). I can grab just the seat if we are going somewhere that has full-sized toilets and I don’t want my kid to have to worry about falling in. The lid is a nice addition when we don’t change out the bag between each pee. And it has life beyond the potty - as a step-stool. The real bonus is the bags. They’re like shower caps. They fit perfectly and stay put. I ordered some fancy ones and they’re crepe (no pun intended). I had to order more of the ones that came with this potty chair.

I purchased this potty for my son and he quickly transitioned from using diapers to using this potty in less than a week. It's great that this potty can also be converted into a stool for him to reach the sink and brush his teeth. Although it can be used as a seat on the toilet, I currently have it on the floor to help my son establish a routine. I am thrilled that my son is becoming more independent and I attribute it to this potty. It is not only beautiful but also very comfortable. My son loves the colors and I can tell that he enjoys using it.
