All in all the build was pretty straightforward not too difficult does take about a day or two depending on your experience and only issue that I had was the anchors. I wish the anchors were a little easier to install maybe where the hook for the bolt is removable and you can attach the anchor to a drills so you can drill it into the ground much easier.

We bought this set for our 2 year old and it’s the perfect size for him now and to grow into. It’s well built and has excellent safety features so the kiddos don’t fall.

Everything was seemingly going fine until we started installing the ladder and nothing lined up. Top rung didn’t line up with pre drilled holes and bottom of the ladder didn’t line up with the stabilizer brace. Many many more items that didn’t line up how they were supposed to. DO NOT BUY THIS!!

Very helpful simulation, easy to understand voice. One can take their time to proceed at their pace, or pause/resume anytime. I had no crashes, came back to the app later on and it continued where I had left off.

The instructions were generally quite clear. However there were a few places where they should have explicitly called out the right orientation of a wood piece when it was easy to get it wrong. We mounted some pieces the wrong way, which caused issues much later (e.g. having to drill new holes)

Love this! Took a day to setup, but the instructions are very easy to follow. The BILT app also breaks down each step. My almost 2 year old loves it!

It’s nicely made but it’s very small. Looking at the picture I thought it would have been bigger but since there is only one child going to be playing on it, it shouldn’t be to much of a problem but for someone that has multiple children I wouldn’t recommend it because there isn’t much room on the platform to move around

High quality and very stable. All parts are labeled and easy to identify. If you follow the directions closely, easy to put together. However, there are lots of pieces. It does take time. I have recommended to other family members with toddlers.

I priced around quite a bit and landed on the Aurora. It's takes time to put together but the day is well worth it. My daughter loves it and I couldn't pass up the price. It was missing a set of bolts when it came but Backyard Discovery immediately sent them out. Their customer service was great. I would recommend this playset to anyone.

First off, it was easy to put together!! and it fit perfectly in our backyard! It is also the perfect size for my toddler! WIN, WIN, WIN. Had a little trouble at the beginning with my shipping address (my error, i’d had just moved and my old address was automatically used via my payment) and they we so quick to respond, correct it and reassure me! Great customer service! Once my toddler out grows this play-set, I plan to purchase another form Backyard Discovery, that is how confident I am in their product and customer service. I purchase my play set in November 2022 it is now end of March 2023 and it is holding up nicely despite all the rain we have recently been getting here in LA

Bought this for our grandchild at Christmas. Perfect size for 2 1/2 to 5 year olds. Seems sturdy and durable. Comes with 6 anchors to make sure you have extra safe stabilization.

Perfect for my 1.5 and 4 year old with some room to grow. This was very easy to build and the BILT app was so useful. My mom and I built it together for my kids between 6-7 hours. Just make sure you have a 3/8 drill bit handy to make putting the slide together quicker.

I bought the Aurora swing set about a month ago. First I must tell you if you follow the directions it is so easy to put together it's idiot proof and if you have problems then you shouldn't have tools in your hands. Apparently inspecting the pieces a few of them were cracked I called the 800 number to order the broken pieces I talked to a lady named Nadege and she was very helpful and knowledgeable she knew exactly what I needed and explain to me about the warranty of the swing set she was polite pleasant to speak to and it only took 10 minutes to order the parts I needed this is a great starter set for children I would recommend this product to anyone thank you.
