Love the color and all the pockets

I have many Baggallini bags and I love them. This one seemed absolutely perfect for my needs… until I started to use it. It’s extremely tight, so much so that I’m afraid the zippers will scratch my phone, just as they scratch my hands when I try to get to something inside any of the pockets. The card slots are deep inside the main compartment, which sounds good for safety, but in the practice it’s very difficult to get to the cards because of how tight the pocket is, especially if you have items in the pockets. Sadly, this one one’s not for me.

Just love all my baggallini purses. They are really great bags. Would recommend them to my family and friends for sure.

I'm trying to replace a cross body body bad that Baggallini no longer makes. This bag has too many pockets and zippers on it for such a small bag.

I like the bag, it has nice pockets however I wish they would put the credit card slots in a different pocket, like the one under the ID card slot, that would hold credit card slots. OR inside the zipper behind the credit card slot. Get them out of the way of the main area of the bag.

I’ve had one of these for many years and love it. It has so many little pockets that it’s easy to get and stay organized. Mine holds two pairs of glasses, phone, 2 car fobs, keys, gum, pills, credit cards, change, and more. It’s super durable and holds up under a lot of abuse. Best bag I’ve ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to return it because I couldn’t fit my checkbook in it. Also it is difficult to get to inside pocket because zipper doesn’t allow it to fully open. Otherwise it’s cute.

This bag is perfect. I can access cards to take subway/bus immediately and organize everything in different pockets. This is the 3rd time I have purchased this and hope you never change or discontinue it. The bag is perfect.

I bought this bag in April for traveling abroad. It was smaller than the baggalini I had been using but still big enough for glasses, phone, passport, lipgloss, keys etc. I quit using the old one I liked it so well and am now buying a darker color for fall.

I bought this bag to replace the last Journey Crossbody I had, which I've used a LOT and it's getting pretty worn out. This one is slightly different, and actually has too many pockets; the material doesn't really give, it's still pretty stiff.

Bought this bag for a vacation and it is great! There is only one tiny thing I would change. If it was just even a half inch more in width, it would be perfect! Would recommend as is though!

I did not make a good purchase. I wanted to replace a similar sized baggalini bag. As my strap hooks ripped. The new product was well made but the material including the strap is not smooth. Strap is like what is used to strap cargo in a truck. The strap doesn’t extend for comfortable cross body. I am disappointed in my poor choice - the bag isn’t what I need but I can’t blame the company - it was described accurately. They stopped making the bag I had - sadly. I didn’t return because I drug my feet - I’ll use it until I decide to find another more suited to me.

This is the 3rd time I've bought one of these Journey because it had been the best purse I've ever had. I have always loved the external Driver's license slot and I had enough room for all that I needed. However; I am not happy with this newest version . There's only one zipper to open the main compartment and the old version had 2 zippers that opened all the way to the bottom of the bag. Which along with the extra material, allowed for the a wider opening for better viewing and access of the lower area. In this version I can barely fit my hand in to get a credit card from the top CC Compartment, much less the ones further in. Anything that is near the bottom I just have enough room for my hand, and i can't see anything. I can't tell if I'm getting a Card from the right slot or getting it put back because my hand is in the way. That is very frustrating! I actually have pulled out the old version of the Journey that I had with the broken strap and am working on fixing it. Please bring back the old version with the wider opening and the flap that goes across the opening.

This is a small purse that has a place for everything. My current purchase is to replace a bag that I've owned for 4 years. I can fit everything I need in this bag from a checkbook to a large cell phone, wallet, makeup and more ... and not end up with a horrible pain in my shoulder by the end of the day from lugging it around. It's light, it's durable and it's attractive. It's a great value. I hope they never stop making this style.

I bought my first one to take to Europe. I loved it so much that I didn't stop using it upon my return home. It is lightweight which is important to me. It also holds much more than you might think. However, my favorite thing is that this bag allows you to be totally organized: everything has it's own spot. I hope that this bag continues to be available as I don't want to have to revert to any other alternatives.

I have the previous version of this bag. I don’t like the new version nearly as well as my old one. Wish you still had the old version.

The bag can fit a fair amount of stuff considering how small it is. I like having this smaller purse while running errands. It's much lighter than what I had been carrying around as well, which is welcome relief to my shoulders and back.
