Great size and weight for Pilates.

I love that Target carries Bala products. I was able to pick up these hand weights the same day AND they were on sale. These weights feel great in my hands and the zipper pouch helps me stay organized.

Typing on computer for an excess amount of time also leaves me to hide my phone and do everything but have something in my hands let alone participate in exercise and activity that will cause more strain on my back and arms. When I discovered ba/la bars I immediately came to the term user-friendly due to the even weight distribution and its design. Although they look not heavy with the right exercise they become power punches. Love them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I love all the colors the Bala Bars come in and the sleek design. I wanted the sand color, but opted for blush, because sand was out of stock and I understand why. The zip up pouch makes carrying them so convenient.
