Bought this for a family member who will be recovering from a heart bypass surgery. He was able to sleep on it comfortably and is very satisfied on how it will lift him out of the chair. Evan helped at Ashley, in Tacoma. What a great asset to your company.

Best Ever. Love all the options on this chair. I can adjust it when every I am tired of one position. It was great when I came home from the hospital after surgery. I was able to get up and out of the chair due to the lift . Help to eliminate the pain and helped with the recovery process.

So far the chair has held up pretty good. Only problem is that I had to have Ashley replace the remote control because the wire got bad…but it was replaced under warranty !

Still getting use to controls. The chair has very versatile controls which makes it very comfortable. The material has a good feel.

This lift chair is not as comfortable in a reclining position as we hoped. The footrest seems a bit lower and shorter than normal

My husband needed a lift chair in his den and we wanted to replace the living room couch also. Trying all different chairs and couches, we decided to order 2 recliners for the living room also. We both enjoy the comfort and the different features. Only issue, my cat can't find a place on my side so he sits on the leg lift. We also ordered the batteries. This makes for less cords and a cleaner look since the sit in the middle of the room. I would recommend them to others.

The foot doesn't come up high enough, and my feet hang over the end. The fabric is fine but far from the most comfortable chair that I have ever had. I like the idea of the lift, and that was the main reason that I bought it. Would I buy it again? No.

i love the chair. it was and is for my parents. had a bud plop in the one broke the frame so the old one no longer worked any more. by this chair press and hold the settings you want adjust your lumbar etc. it has a usb charge port in the front. made up a joke for the {“dump truck”] feature to help get up and out of it for those that need it. plenty plush comfortable highly recommend.

The digital remote control stays lit 24/7. No matter what I adjust, the chair quickly leads to my neck and should hurting.

We loved the floor model. Within a week I questioned if we received the right chair or if it is made in different firmness levels, but our sales rep assured me it would soften up, as ours is hard as a rock. Worse yet, after sleeping in the chair for 6 weeks due to surgery, the head rest section is more a convex design where I tend to slide off to the side. Shouldn't this be flat or even slightly concave? Sad it takes me 4 pillows to make my new chair usable.

My husband loves his new chair. The power lift really helps him to get in and out because he's in a wheelchair. Very well made and nice color.

We purchased this chair for my father because he is in a wheelchair. It helps stand him up to transfer easily. He can sleep in it as well. He told me he loves his chair!

I very much wish I could return them. So uncomfortable! The controls are hard to work. The chair sits to high so your feet don't touch the ground. I dread having to go sit in them.

This is a great chair! I bought this chair for my 82-year-old mom who needs assistance and it fits her needs. Because the back and leg rest move independently, she can sit up very straight (not reclined) while her leg rest is extended. She said she has never had a recliner that could sit up this straight, which makes a lot of tasks she does in the chair easier and makes her feel more comfortable. Also, when the chair is fully reclined and extended, you can lay practically flat for a midday nap. My mom also appreciates the comfort of the arm rests and how stable the arms feel when she pushes against them when getting up out of the chair. Because of this chair’s design and construction you’ll find that it’s a great chair and will meet any individual’s physical and comfort needs.

Not very comfortable very firm with no cushioning. Need to return very stiff and sore after sitting in this chair
