I love Banana Boat products. I got this to protect my lips from getting damaged. I don't get sunburn on my lips but apparently they can still get damaged. Now these are a necessity on my beach trips. Smells great too!

Don’t bother getting this. Got this lip balm and it has a terrible taste. It’s not like I lick my lips; just occasionally, it gets on liner part of lips thus may come in contact with tongue. Wow, it’s bitter and appalling. Better options out there. Hard pass on this!

Terrible chemical taste
Because it’s a lip balm, it’s impossible for some of it not to get in your mouth and it has a terrible chemical taste. I’ve used other SPF lip products that don’t taste so chemical so I’m not sure why this one does. Too gross for me to wear.

Bought this lip balm for protection after a sun burn. I've been using off and on for a month and my lips are always super dry after to the point they peel. I can deal with a lip balm that is just a sunscreen and not really moisturizing, but not one that is actively harming my lips.
