These are not waterproof at all. I gave them two stars because they’re as a fine regular Band-Aid but not waterproof at all!

This item says waterproof, but it’s not. I put one on since my skin cracked pie due to being dry. Washed my hands and realized the pad was soaked with water. Ended up cutting it off and throwing it away.

i had a nasty cut and put these on before i got in the shower. i even made sure to keep the surface out of direct water. they literally fell off within 2 minutes. you can’t claim something is waterproof when it isn’t. very disappointed.

Zero Protection Against Water

While the material may be waterprooof, the band-aid as a whole is not. Because there is so little material on the sides, both sides open almost immedietely once water touches the band-aid, making these a huge fail.

Don’t stick even when dry!

I bought the water block flex and the water block flex extra large. Neither of them will stick to my skin or to itself when I wrap it around. Opening a brand new bandaid that’s supposed to stick even when wet that won’t stick when dry is very frustrating. Won’t be purchasing them again.

Pro :Waterproof adhesive bandage is very useful during cooking time. In case You cut yourself by accident, you need the job to be done . Or in case you need to take a shower, the band doesn't go away, and it stays Con : The skin can be itchy because of the adhesive, or if you have allergies to the ingredients .

Had a bandage come off in the store from my flip flop rubbing on it. Bought these and put it on right then. It stayed on until I took it off even through showers. Used again on my knuckle. It didn't slide around. Did dishes, washed hair. It didn't bunch up and stayed on til I took it off! Love these.

Bought it thinking I'll be able to wash my hands without the band aid getting wet. Nope. After washing my hands, the band aid doesn't even stay on. It just completely detaches itself from my skin. Nexcare does a better job.

No Disclosure & Issues Removing

2 out of 5 stars
SDSizemore - 8 months ago
originally posted on bandaid.com
A few nights ago, I used one of the clear Band-Aid Water Block bandages. When I tried to remove it the next day, it had fused (for lack of a better word) to my skin and removing it was akin to peeling a stubborn sticker on a toddlers shirt that had just gone through the washer & dryer. It came off in specks and tiny strips. I initially wrote it off as something I had done to cause this. But the same thing happened to my father this evening. When I went to look at what material these were made of, all I could find was a statement of "Caution: The Packaging of This Product Contains Natural Rubber Latex Which May Cause Allergic Reactions." There is absolutely nothing to indicate what material the bandage itself contains.

Adhesive not for sensitive skin

1 out of 5 stars
JBowz - 8 months ago

To my knowledge, I’ve only ever reacted to Equate adhesive, but after removing this bandaid (water proof, fabric feel), I had this reaction on my neck, in the shape of the bandage… for days. It didn’t hurt, but it certainly wasn’t pretty. My daughter used this bandage and it fell off in the pool, so it didn’t work for water-proof on a finger, at least.

I got these so I could go to the water park and these work really well as they did not fall off or get soggy like other band aids I've tried. It's easy to put on and comfortable, I put this on my knee thinking it would fall off, but it didn't lift, however it's not water tight but that's fine.

This product contains latex. For the life of me I cannot understand why that’s not in huge red letters on the front. Latex is a real allergy and using these bandages causes more damage to skin. Under ALLERGENS on the box latex isn’t listed. This company is not going to get another dime from me. Another product (pro heal) along with this one has prolonged my healing by weeks. Just look at the q&a on this product on the target app. Johnson and Johnson answers saying it does have latex!

These are very flexible and comfortable to wear. I think the waterproof could be a little better but most bandaids need to be replaced after a little wear time.
