Set up the first toy and it worked as expected. While unboxing the second unit I tested the control and propeller with it not functional. Verified that the propellor works, but the control unit appears to be faulty on the second toy. Plan to bring back to target for a replacement.

I got this for a recent trip to the pool. We were traveling there and I was worried this wouldn’t fit in the suitcase. Great news! It is packed so compact that it fit perfectly into a carry on. Fantastic surprise for my kids to enjoy on their vacation.

So this takes six D batteries, so keep that in mind when purchasing. It goes maybe 2 mph max so if you are thinking, like my husband did, that you are going to do bunker boats on the lake, this isn’t it. The tube is also a little flimsy and I totally expect it to get a hole after a couple of uses.

I received this item from for free from the Hey, Bullseye sampling program in exchange for my honest review. The motorized pool cruiser arrived in November, so it is cooler outside and we have closed our pool for the season. Therefore I can not provide a review for how it functions until next spring. Seems like a fun little tube that my daughter will enjoy, not sure how well it will hold up to her horseplay, but hopefully it will last a season or two. Will update the review once we are actually able to use it.

This pool cruiser is fun. It took some time to pump up because I didn’t use an electric pump. The vinyl seems pretty sturdy and the bottom is fully closed so if you want, you can remain pretty much dry if you’re careful. There is a lot of room to sit in it. It goes slow but it is pretty easy to maneuver once you get the hang of it. The controller is connected to the propeller and the entire controller/battery chamber/propeller is rotated to change directions. The only downside I’ve seen is that it takes 6 D batteries. Something rechargeable would have been preferred but there might be some type of safety concern I don’t know about with using those. I didn’t find any water in the battery chamber after use but it’s a good idea to take the batteries out after use when you dry it. Overall it’s fun and can be used by an adult.

Banzai Motorized Pool Cruiser made pool time extra fun. I liked that the pool float conveniently uses batteries so there was no electricity needed. The pool float was easy to inflate and a great color and design.

I had never heard of these before, but my family was so excited to try it out. It's bright and colorful, easy to operate. Why just float, when you can drive instead? Heavy-duty PVC construction holds up to 250 pounds and only requires 6 D batteries to operate. My family is fighting over whose turn it is! Drink holder too!

They are good quality fabric but they don’t really drive all that well. Tried it in a lake and kids couldn’t do it. Adults tried it and we “got it” but it wasn’t all that great.

The battery compartment takes on water, the seal is tiny. It’s cool, kinda slow.

Bought 3 of them . 2 of them came broken and the one that did work just spun in circles. Will be returning

Tried multiple different sets of brand new batteries. Never worked

By tge time I got this assembled I realized the motor didn't even work. Such a bummer for the kids who took it out for summer vacation only to have it not work.

Was so excited to use this - took me about an hour to inflate with a pump & get it all connected - the motor works but it’s so slow it doesn’t propel the tube at all! I’m so bummed- going to return

Fantastic pool cruiser for all ages. Durability is phenomenal and the kids love using this cruiser! Summer is around the corner and can't wait to use this every day.
