Barbie Career Tennis Player Doll with Racket and Ball

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Barbie came just as described. The many flexible joints made it possible to pose the doll in all kinds of positions. The details on face did not disappoint. She is a very pretty doll. She comes dressed in a tennis outfit with removable tennis shoes. Our doll had rich chocolate brown hair and bright blue eyes. She also comes with a tiny tennis ball and tennis racket. The ball attaches to the racket for pretend play. It is possible to attach the racket to barbies hand. Getting it to remain in the desired position is difficult.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an immediate hit. Her moving joints are nice. It isn't difficult to put new clothes on her. Her accessories are fun. Overall she is a classic Barbie with modern features and a cool job. And she encourages exercise.

Giving it the real life feel, being able to move the barbie in different ways that a typical barbie does not move! My kids LOVE it!!!

Accessories for the doll are hard to keep track of, such as shoes, ball and racket. These small items were lost within the first hour of play. The adjustable joints in arms and legs benefited play though.

She said it was so easy to play with. The movements and changing the clothes were easy. We love the fact that they come in all different sizes and different faces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this barbie is different than most of the barbies my daughter has. You are able to move the knees and elbow and her face and hair are really pretty. It's nice that the ball can be stuck to the racket so you don't loose it.

Also comes with a pink tennis racket and tennis ball. Pro: Figure has a lot of mobility. All major joints are movable like the ankles which older Barbies does not have this feature. Feels durable so far. Con: Able to attach and deattach the tennis racket was nice but most times it was hard to keep the tennis racket attached to the hand. Overall, this was a nice and fun Barbie to be added to any girls Barbie collection.

With being able to move it at the elbows, knees, hands and ankles as well as at the shoulders and hips you can do so many other poses. It also makes it so much easier to change the outfits. But the neck on this doll is really long. Looks odd. Just something I noticed, but didn’t bother my granddaughter.

She is absolutely adorable and I like that she has a complete outfit including shoes and a tennis racket with ball and a visor. She will provide lots of imaginative play for a child.

She described her as boring. She moved her arms and legs and put her aside. She didn’t like her makeup either. Not a win for Barbie!

For someone who plays tennis and can see themselves in a toy is so awesome. She has played with it everyday since receiving it and it just fills her mind with the most imaginative things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Made to Move Tennis Barbie is a new favorite for my daughter. She especially loves the Made to Move dolls because of all the different ways you can play with the dolls. She was excited to get a doll that looks completely different from any of the other Barbies in her collection. She mentioned multiple times how pretty this doll was. She also liked the tennis dress that the doll wears, and the added detail of the tennis ball attaching to the tennis racket. The visor the doll wears proved to cause some issues. It kept falling off and never seemed to sit quite right on the doll's head for us. Again, this doll is a new favorite for my daughter. She's very happy to add this to her growing Barbie collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My granddaughter only wants to play with Barbies that have made to move bodies and I can see why! The tennis player doll comes dressed and ready to play and be posed in any number of realistic athletic positions. Not only can she hold her racquet, but the racquet has a small plastic nub that fits into a hole in the tennis ball so that it appears that she’s made perfect contact with the ball. Even though her feet and white tennis shoes are flat, it wasn’t really possible for the doll to stand on her own and it would be nice if a doll stand would be included with these dolls. The full range of articulation does allow for the doll to sit realistically on chairs and other furniture in the dollhouse and with a change of clothes and imagination she can do much more than play tennis! We’re going to buy the volleyball player next!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tennis fans rejoice , this one is really cool especially since tennis season is in full effect . Perfect companion for my daughters to take with them to watch the pros play. Really cool moving joints , endless possibilities of posing and swings .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 5 year old really enjoyed playing with Barbie, my 9 year old also jumped in and they played together for a couple hours. This Barbie had so many joints it made it easier to make the doll move and pose in different positions. When the girls got bored playing Barbie’s they took turns positioning the Barbie and copying the Barbie’s poses.They started doing yoga poses and stretches! Would I recommend this Barbie? Sure, they had fun. Would I buy it with my own money? Probably not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so excited about this Barbie! Her face is beautiful and unique and I love the modern Barbie line of "You can do anything!" It's the exact message I want for my daughters. This tennis Barbie with movable joints opens up an entire new type of play with dolls like these. Restrictive movement is something that often frustrates my daughters but that's no longer a concern with this Barbie. My only minor complaint is just how small the tennis ball is but it's not a deal breaker at all. All and all this is a great value and I'd highly recommend for any Barbie lovers out there!
