Light up feature is torso not tutu. Lights stay lit for only a couple of seconds. Doll seems sturdy but the limbs are un-natural. Tutu is sheer and short and the first thing I noticed is that the doll is NOT wearing underwear or tights. Too weird. Returning.

Ballerina Barbie
The shipping box arrived damaged with a hole on the outside and the doll's box was also damaged having been crushed around the edges. It appeared as though it has been opened and retaped. It was not acceptable to give as a new gift. The doll itself looks ok but only "twinkles" for a few seconds before the light goes out each time. I live 50 miles from a store so I will probably keep the doll.

Would Target Put items in a BAG!!!!!! So sick of picking up at drive up and 10 items are loosely tossed in my trunk! NO bag. BLINK AND MISS IT BARBIE
I purchased this as a gift for a friends daughter... i am a huge Barbie fan. one of my fondest memory was my first pretty in pink Barbie a zillion years ago!!! I was very disappointed with this Barbie - light sequence was so short - blink and miss it. and the quality is simply not there. her clothes were nice but her body and some limitations not great. I expect a lot more from Barbie and this just felt "cheap" and so I will never buy another Barbie on line again - learned my lesson on this one.

The way it lights up leads to magical play and my daughter loves playing with it at bedtime while I read her her Barbie fairytale book with the lights dimmed. Due to the way it lights up and the positions your child can move the doll it is not just a normal Barbie doll!
