Barbie The Movie Collectible Ken Doll Wearing All-Denim Matching Set with Original Ken Signature Underwear

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Loved the Barbie movie and all the Barbies and accessories that came from the movie. I really think that Mattel needs to give Ken his own home, with a man cave. Ken has never had a home. He deserves a place to lay down at night. It should have pictures of horses on the walls and faux fur blanket that is the same as the coat he wears in the movie. Ken deserves more. A car would be great! Then Ken could have blow out parties as well.

Ken was received beautifully wrapped. 2 heavy boxes, wrapped in tissue. Unlike Barbie that came with out any protection, Ken also comes with a stand. Barbie does not. Again Barbie is of poor quality, shoes are bent & don’t stay on her feet, there’s no slip,under her dress as in the movie. Im happy with Ken. Oh well

I think this is the most beautiful Ken of all the Kens. And also the clothes look original. My children are already adults, so I bought it for my collection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great look from the movie. I do think however that the doll could look more like Ryan Gosling rather than a typical Ken doll. The background art on the packaging is also not as good as Barbie’s.

It looks just like the Ken from all of the previews and the denim outfit is her absolute favorite! She couldn’t wait to get her hands on this doll!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like playing with my Ken in denim from the Barbie Movie. I played with him in my living room at home with my other Barbie and Ken dolls. I like his denim outfit. He has a denim jean vest that I can keep on or takeoff and change his outfit into other Ken clothes that I have. He is flexible and can sit or stand. He has a doll stand that I can put him on when I am done playing. Ken is fun because he is Barbie’s boyfriend.

The clothing is so cool and well made. The face is great. Super stylish hair and kicks. It’s very durable and bends everywhere it needs to for him to use imaginative play.

Love that they have Ken some real hair unlike the ones I grew up with in the 80s & 90s! This is my a great add to our Barbie collection. If you’re buying for a fan of the new Barbie movie they will surely love it!

This seems geared more for adults than kids as Ken has his underwear band showing with his name on it. It’s definitely cute but I’m not sure I would buy it for a young kid. It’s more for an adult adding to a collection. It comes with a stand as well so if you like to display the dolls out of the box it is nice that this is included. There are no extra accessories though.

She has the Gold Disco Barbie which she loves and now she plays pretend with them all the time. I am so happy to see her enjoy Barbies' as much as I did when I was her age. The Barbie quality today is fantastic! A+++ She can't wait to see the Movie!

With Barbie’s iconic pink outfit and Ken or Ryan Goslings jean outfit they are a perfect set. Hours of play already and I imagine more to come with the hype around the new movie too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ken looks just like the movie version! We liked his real hair, although it was a little stiff. The details of his clothing were very well done, from his real pockets that his hands fit into, to the "Ken" printed on the visible waistband of his underwear. The slouch on his jeans was perfect! We liked that he also comes with a stand. The only complaint we had was that his head was attached to the box with plastic tagging, which requires scissors or pliers to remove at risk to his hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ken’s teeny tiny denim set feels like real jeans, complete with functional pockets.The sleeveless jacket is frayed around the shoulders. Is underwear have his name plastered on the waste band and gives a nod the 90’s. He wears white high tops shoes. Ken’s face looks generic but goes with campiness of the Barbie Movies. He also comes with a stand for display and a certificate of authenticity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Barbie didn't look like your typical male Barbie Doll (a bit feminine) and no doubt is made in the likeness of the actor in the Barbie movie. It seemed a bit boring, although there was a stand for the Barbie doll to be attached to for display. Although it is a well made Barbie doll, it just didn't see like a good fit for a child since there was no theme a child could outwardly see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter, granddaughter and I have been anxiously awaiting the premiere of Barbie:The Movie ever since we saw the first movie trailer. Denim Ken in his movie themed box is so perfect that none of us want to remove him from it! We did carefully open the bottom of the box and slide out the inner cardboard that the doll is attached to so we could get a better look at him. The first thing we had to check out was his “Ken” branded underwear to see if they were an actual piece of clothing or just white fabric sewn to the top front of his jeans. They are indeed a full pair of underwear! His jeans have two front slash pockets where he puts his hands in, as he comes posed in the box. The button details down the front of his open vest, chest pockets and waistband are raised copper color buttons and not just printed on as is common in the less expensive line of Ken outfits. His hair is rooted all around and his head and held in place with hairspray or gel? He has a nice haircut around the ears! If we were to take him out of the box, he does have a fully jointed body that bends at the elbows, wrists and knees as we could feel them through his jeans. He also comes with a doll stand and a certificate of authenticity. He’s collectible after all! We are definitely going to collect all the other dolls in this movie series! The quality is on par with how Barbie and clothing were made when my daughter was a child in the 1990s, but not quite as detailed as the Barbie outfits I played with in the 1960s. Barbie clothing then had real working zippers!

My daughter and I are big Barbie fans so we were so excited to get the Ken doll since he is the Ken doll from the upcoming Barbie movie. This Ken is so different from the Ken dolls my daughter already owns. The biggest difference is the hair and posable body. This Ken doll is dressed in an all light washed denim top and jeans. He's rocking an unbuttoned vest, underwear with Ken written on the waistband and white sneaker shoes. His style is a very 80s/90s look. He's very stylish and fashionable. The other Ken dolls my daughter has have plastic hair. This doll actually comes with comb-able hair. It's a little stiff so not super easy to comb but the platinum blonde hair looks nice and I'm sure over time the hair will not be as stiff. It's the perfect hair for display though. This doll feels like a quality doll. This doll has jointed wrists, something that her other Ken dolls do not have. This doll can also be easily posed. I liked that feature. This set also comes with a stand for display and a certificate of authenticity. What's cool about this Barbie The Movie Ken doll is that you can also get Barbie dolls from the movie as well. My daughter loves to have Ken play with the Barbie doll from the movie. It's great to play with or to collect.

What a beautiful collectors item and or gift to give the kiddo after taking them to see the Barbie movie. Kens muscles are true to his character. The clothing in this Barbie is high fashion! This doll is super poseable which makes the kids happy when playing with it.
