It's an “ok” substitute. I would buy again.
It’s definitely not same as gluten noodles but it’s an “ok” substitute. They’re not bad, they just don’t have any flavor. They could add minerals to give them more flavor. I suggest boiling them in salt water or stock. I tried using it in a pasta dish and the taste was off but I’ll try with spaghetti sauce next, or just garlic butter noodles and shrimp.
