I can’t believe I payed so much for something so uncomfortable

This mat was very sturdy and stayed in place as placed in the bathtub. However, it does not have built in drain holes which results in water build up on the mat.

I received this damaged wth a large slice in the middle. The biggest pain is after spending 25 minutes on live chat I was told they couldn't help me with a return and then disconnected. I ended up ordering a better quality one on Amazon for less money.

My tub is fiberglass, and I suppose that's why it will not stick.

This mat is soft. It has many suction cups that hold it firmly in place, helping to provide a nonslip surface. It was delivered February 2, 2023 and today is February 16, 2023. It has been used approximately 10 times. Following the care instructions, we have wiped it off after using it and pulled it off the tub floor, hanging it to drip dry. It has become yellowed, causing us to wonder if it is growing mold. We have city water and a water softener, so our water doesn’t have rust or heavy mineral content. See the attached pictures. Don’t buy.

The suction on this mat has been perfect. I like that it covers most of the bottom of our tub. It did have a slight odor to it, but once I let it air out the odor dissipated quickly for me.
