Batiste Dark Brown Dry Shampoo - 3.81oz

I have used Batiste dry shampoo for brunettes for a couple years and LOVED it! It was the best dry shampoo for darker hair. My hair was never left feeling greasy, I go use it 2-3 days in a row. But I just bought my first can of the "improved formula" and am so disappointed. It's awful. My hair is so greasy when I use it. I have to use twice as much to try and get it to look clean and it leaves my hair feeling so grimy now, even if I only use a little like I did before. After trying to many other brands, I was so happy with Batiste but I have to say with this formula I will have to go back to trying other brands. My hair just look gross when I use this now. Please, please go back to the old formula!

I had the original product before and I think it was amazing exapt that my hair is dark brown and it was looking a bit on where I sprayed the shampoo. So I decided to get a dark version and unfortunately I did not like the product. It looks really nice on my hair and it fits me really well, but every time I was gonna fix my hair woth my hand, or run my hands through my hair it was leaving dark on my fingers and made my hands look dirty. Once I went for the date one day I was embaresed because in the end of the evening for some reason the color went even under my nails (like I don't paint my nails so if anything goes under it looks like its dirty but it was not). I came back for the original shampoo because the dry shampoo made me to was my hair less time and because of that they became less dry and more healthy, but I honestly would really really like to use dark dry shampoo without color going on my fingers.

Terrible white cast. This would work for medium brown hair and not for actual dark hair

One of the only dry shampoos that doesn’t leave that terrible white powder on dark hair. Works well at soaking up oil and leaning hair looking fresh. The smell is not my favorite but the formula works well.

Love! I have really dark hair. I used dry shampoo as a kid but hated the white residue it left behind so just felt it wasn't for me. I tried this and was blown away. Wish I had it all those years ago. Helps with the oiliness and keeps hair fresher longer.

I wanted to like this because of the no white residue, although it does what it’s supposed to I don’t like when I get to wash my after day 3 I would still have dye on my scalp. I even washed twice and I still have dye on my scalp which is just crazy to me

I like that it's not white powder, BUT the spray gets clogged and it either won't spray or sprays everywhere.

While the product did its job, there is way to much dye in it. After running my fingers through my hair, there is dye under my fingernails and on my hands. I was very excited for this product as I always seem to have some white spots from using typical dry shampoo, but am left disappointed.

I have twice attempted to use said product and ended up having to shampoo it out of my hair before leaving the house. Product leaves a powder residue all over bathroom counter/sink and drips color stain halfway down your forehead as it dries.

The best product I have used except the scent. The scent is even worse than before. It is like using a terribly smelly perfume. I can't tolerate it. Please make it better!!!

This was my go to product for a couple of years, not only as a dry shampoo but also as a brilliant cover up for thinning hair. It gave me confidence where I had lost mine. In the most recent can I ordered, the formula has changed and it’s completely ruined the product. It’s wet look when you spray it on, completely pointless for its purpose, it then dries and it’s almost like granules on your scalp. It doesn’t rub in and is very, very obvious. Lots of other reviews have confirmed that this is just the way the product is now. Gutted but I’ll have to find a replacement pretty quick. There’s no way I can use this in public now. CHANGE IT BACK BATISTE!!
