They definitely hold up your breasts, but they really make them sit up high and very far apart, almost comically far apart. Doesn't look right under a shirt. Made me feel very self-conscious wearing it.

I'm so skeptical and I've tried lots of bras! Immediately after trying it on, it was a yes for me! Normally a 38-40 DDD, got this in a 40DD (in wired bras) & a XL in tops & it fits perfectly (considering this, I'd say it runs big)! Granted, this is just trying on, we'll see how it washes and then the long term wear, but very excited for this. I haven't been able to go back to wired bras ... but looking for something supportive, and I think this is it!

I returned this bra, it had so much unnecessary foaming,/cupping the bra itself, stuck out even without much padding however it didn’t flat underneath my shirt or secure around my chest

Too big. Size down. Even sizing down though, the cups come to a point in the center and you are left with wide triangles for breasts. Cups are not smooth and rounded.
