This is supposed to be a kids product but I think I’ll be the one using it as my daughter wasn’t a fan of the taste. With that said, I personally find it less offensive than traditional throat sprays or cough syrups. Both of us used it when starting to feel under the weather, and it may have kept worse illness at bay…can’t say for sure. I am encouraging my kiddo to use it if other kiddos seem sick at school/camp, but she really dislikes honey flavor so probably more for me.
