Very gritty
The smell is amazing and the packaging is amazing, but it is so gritty which I cannot stand. I don’t feel like lipgloss should be like that. I was so sad because I really was looking forward to trying this and liking it, but they need to fix that grittiness of it. The price definitely is not worth it. You can get the EOS one for cheaper and same smell.

Love the smell, the applicator is nice. I don't know what part of the product is causing the skin on my lips to burn, dry out, turn hard and peel. Thought it was just dry lips, treated it for a couple days, got it back to good. Tried the product again. A few hours later I have dry, scaly hard lip skin. I'm an idiot so I used it without thinking again last week and now I have to heal AGAIN. I'm taking this back before I really hurt myself. I love the body spray, but this stuff is terrible.

I was so excited to find this, the color is perfect and the scent is great. I was so disappointed when I put it on and it was gritty. I have tried everything I can think of to fix it but it’s still sandy.

Grainy texture ruins this balm
I got 2 of these and one was great but the other was VERY grainy. The color and scent were nice but the grainy texture makes it unbearable to wear because it feels so sandy on the lips. The one that wasn't grainy is excellent though so unsure why just one was so bad.

Disappointing as a Long-Time Fan
I received the Lavender Cloud Lip Balm as a birthday gift a few weeks ago, and it has been a major disappointment compared to all the other Being Frenshe products that I’ve used and loved for years. It’s a perfect consistency and texture for me, but the product falls flat when it comes to hydration and longevity. The scent is pretty much non-existent, and smells faintly of vanilla rather than lavender. The only thing I genuinely liked about this product was the packaging.

Nice consistency, I like a balm that doesn’t necessarily absorb the minute you apply it, it has a gloss finish but it’s not sticky and isn’t heavy. Slight tint but not over powering. Love that it’s cheaper then comparable ones from big brands.

Nothing but cute packaging
It’s a basic lip balm, unfortunately I get no scent from it, & it lasted maybe 30 minutes. Lips don’t feel softer even. Just save your money & get a tried & true brand. It’s cute but I wouldn’t recommend or buy again. Sad bc I was looking forward to the moon milk flavor & it’s just as basic as chapstick if not worse :-( hate to say it & hate that I spent 12$ on it. Also feels like there’s not a lot of product in it at all.
