I really like the smell of it. At first I wasn’t sure but it definitely grew on me. I’ve been using it for a few months now and I have to quit using it. It gave me pretty bad chest, neck, shoulder, back and lower back acne. And I’m not one who gets bad acne. Especially in those places. Also has made my skin oily in those places.

Beware if you have acne prone skin, this broke out my back like never before with deep cystic acne that has been extremely painful and ridiculously hard to get rid of. So sad because I absolutely love the scent.

MAJOR Greenwashing here! Contains toxic + synthetic fragrance which does not help your mood. Also, They claim that essential oils are in this product but as you notice it is a very last ingredient which means that there is probably hardly any in any of this collection. This is definitely not a clean beauty brand that I will be buying from again. Very disappointed in the skewed marketing claims.

(wrote a similar review about the lotion) i truly love this body wash and scent ! frenshe's mission and values definitely grabbed my attention and the fact that a great female role-model like ashley is the founder is a bonus ! i am forever a customer now ! this cedar scent is perfect for fall, winter, nightime, and cozy "cabin in the woods" vibes ! however, i will say that the scent is not as fresh and clean smelling as the other scents. in other words, i'd probably prefer using citrus amber for my showers as opposed to this one, BUT i will still use this one as it's currently fall and will be winter in a few months ! the wash glides on smoothly and makes the bathroom smell great at the same time ! the scent of the wash is not super long-lasting, but an easy fix to that is to use the lotion right after which does last all day and night ! bought the lotion in this scent as well and ran back to the store today to grab the citrus amber spray and lotion(:
