I bought this cream cheese for the first time, and it's very good and has a delicate flavor. I like to eat it with waffles and strawberry jam!

Perfect taste

I knew this was a key component of tiramasu when I bought it for a cheesecake recipe, I just didn't know exactly how it would taste without being used in a dessert recipe. The cheesecake turned out delicious. That's not why I'm writing a review. I'm writing a review because I had some leftover mascarpone after making that cheesecake and I wasn't sure how I wanted to use it up. The simplest option proved the best: put it on toast. The internet will tell you to use fancy bread for the toast but I am here to tell you that is not necessary. Just put it on any old toast, it's going to taste good. This stuff is sweet and mild as butter, but soft and creamy as whipped cream cheese. It is a versatile wonder on toast. Put meat and/or veggies on there and make it savory. Put honey or jam on there and make it sweet. It's your choice. What a wonderful find!

It tastes like butter. I Had never tried it before, I purchased for a tiramisu recipe I like that the taste is unsweetened you can add anything you’d like to make it sweet. The tiramisu I made wasn’t overly sweet, it was perfect.

I was looking for mascarpone cheese everywhere! But none of my local grocery stores had it! Thank goodness for Target. I ordered it with some other ingrediants for a recipe I was making. I ordered everything for curbside and it wa ready within a minuet of me arriving! The staff were very nice, and I am pleased with the product! I also noticed it was a bit cheaper than some other places that were selling it far away.

Price increased from $4.39 to $8.49!

Product itself is fine, however I have purchased it twice now and both times I have received product with mold on it. Item was even in date 😵💫

There is absolutely NOTHING sweet about this product! It tastes like butter.

I've been wondering for a long time what this mascarpone cheese thing was all about and how much it's used in fancy desserts. Well, I bought a pack and low and behold this is just basically "almost" butter, to easily describe this. "Real" spreadable butter.. Can make buttercream out of this but to be honest not really worth all the hype recipes make it to be.

I have never used mascarpone cheese until I decided to make a cannoli icebox cake. I love eating Italian desserts so I decided to make one. So this creamy cheese is not too sweet or salty. It's perfect to blend with another light cheese like ricotta and whipped cream. I added cinnamon and powdered sugar to the mix and created layers in between cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips. Yummy!!

Absolutely no taste at all from this cream cheese. I won't be buying again. Do not recommend.

Made tiramisu with this! Great tasting and similar to restaurants quality! Very creamy and yummy!

Did my first tiramisu dessert using Bel Gioioso Mascarpone, and it was a raving success - according to my wife and daughter. Great tasting cream cheese.
