Disappointed in service

Great picture. But absolutely no help in trying to figure out how to operate this TV. Little pamphlet included only has three pages of information which is basically worthless. also bought 250 inch TCL TVs, but may return them if there’s no help and how to operate it.

Don't miss out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was contemplating this brand as I am strictly Samsung products only. Couldn't pass up the deal and glad I didn't. The TCL QM6K is way beyond my Samsung QN90D and I paid way more money for the Samsung too. The QM6K changed the way I look at hi end TV's. Everything is way more clear, deep, sharp, etc. From now on I'm team TCL.

Beautiful color

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

TV is advertised as “144Hz Native Refresh Rate”. Specifications states Panel Refresh Rate is 120Hz and Variable Refresh Rate up to 144Hz. So the TV is 120Hz Native Refresh Rate. With VRR TV can input up to 144Hz but can only display 120Hz. Otherwise TV is great.

Hi IsoSmith, Thanks for bringing this to our attention! Our website had an error that's being corrected. To clarify: TCL QM6K and above feature a 144Hz native panel refresh rate, meaning the hardware can accept and display 144Hz signals, especially useful for PC VRR gaming. However, most non-gaming content (movies, TV, consoles) maxes out at 120Hz or below, which is why specs also mention 120Hz. But rest assured, the panel is fully capable of 144Hz performance. Excellent picture quality

There are plenty of included streaming apps to chose from so we didn't connect our streaming stick. We contacted customer support just to ask a question, and got an immediate answer.

Great Upgrade and Value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice upgrade, well worth it for the price. TV has great sound, picture quality, and brightness. I used to have to deal with window brightness washing out brightness now I can see the picture no matter the time of day. I bought it with the sound bar, but the sound is already so good I decided to use it on another TV.
