Case-Mate Wireless Charging Disc

Cannot position the phone without the edge of the lens window on the charge pad. This slight angle of the phone interferes with proper function.

This charger replaced another similar wireless charger which unfortunately quit working. What an improvement! The time to fully charge my phone has been greatly reduced and the look is far more preferable. I am thrilled with this purchase.

In the description, it didn't say your phone had to be out of its case in order to be charged. I'm 62 and the case that was suggested to me at the store is extremely difficult to remove so using the charger has not been easy.

Needed it for my disabled niece’s android phone but it will not charge it. We think the case interferes with the charging. The case is not something that can be removed easily by her to access the charger.

It didn’t charge my i phone althought it says on the top that it carges i phone

It is super effective and also looks nice! Also the deals made it affordable. It’s a great size and worked for the whole family’s devices.

This charger didn’t work correctly from the day it came in the mail and over time just got worse. It constantly looses connection with the phone while charging. Thankfully Case-mate is honoring the warranty on it and is sending a new 1 and only had to pay for shipping and taxes. Customer service is awesome! Fingers crossed this new 1 works correctly!

Honestly, I'm not sure if it was the acquisition of lumee or what it was but when both companies combined that was the demise. LUMEE alone was fantastic everything was working now with case-mate in the picture nothing works. The light up case doesnt work AND now the power disc I JUST ordered does not charge my phones. Honestly I just laughed. I've been buying from this company for 6 years and when the acquisition happened everything seemed to stop working. What happened?

Came to buy a case for my new S22 and this was available at a price I could not ignore, so I got it. Talk about awesome! Love the fact I can just walk by and put my phone down to charge, no looking for and trying to plug in a cord. Absolutely love it!!!

I was very excited to be able to purchase this for my new phone. It's very attractive looking but that's about it. It is very very slow to charge and if you have it anywhere near any type of laptop, electronic device, it will constantly flash red and will not charge.

Works as described. When charging, a green light turns on but only for a little while. I appreciate this because I typically charge my phone at night on the nightstand and having a light on during the night is quite bothersome.

Had to return…. Did not work correctly with my iPhone13….

It works for maybe the first week, even then I had to set the phone just right for it to connect, but after about six or seven days I just couldn’t get it to connect but I would wake up to a phone with almost no battery because at some point it stopped charging. And this was without the phone being moved. Great concept but it simply doesn’t work. Maybe I have a defective product.

I thought it would be smaller , and it could also be bigger to charge multiple items , but its a weird size . I don’t think it’s charges super fast , but it’s a wireless charger. Maybe it works best for an iPad ?

Works great. It's very convenient to have a wireless charger that I can simply sit my phone on.
