A: Hi, thank you for your question. The cushion inserts and covers are packaged separately, so you’ll just need to place the inserts into the covers after you receive them. We recommend folding the insert slightly before sliding it into the cover — this makes the installation much easier.

Q: Do these cushions have a nonskid fabric on the bottom?

A: Hi, the cushion covers are made of 100% Olefin, a durable and fade-resistant outdoor fabric. Please note that they do not have a separate non-slip backing or treatment. However, based on customer feedback, slipping is rarely an issue on typical outdoor furniture (e.g., wicker, wood) during normal use due to their weight and texture. For extra security on smoother surfaces, we recommend using affordable non-slip pads.

Q: Do these cushions have ties so they can be secured to the chair?

A: Thank you for your question. The cushions do not come with ties, but we haven’t received any feedback from customers saying they slide around easily. They generally stay in place well during normal use, so you should be able to enjoy them comfortably without any concern.
