We purchased our new chairs and ottomans in Jan., and my husband was able to put them in good order. They are definitely a different style from the two flowered print swivel chairs with ottomans that I had purchased from Macy's about 17 years ago. These will be easier to keep clean and I like that the ottomans have easy to open lids where I can put an unread magazine or book. Friends that have seen them have definitely liked the new chairs too. I forwarded a pic of them by email as I had no clue how to attach it to this review. Diane and Pete Savoia

It is a good looking chair. It is not terribly comfortable. Based on the way it feels brand new, I fear quality and durability are going to be a problem. Still... it's really good looking, so if you're not going to sit in it much and just want to dress up a room... there you go!

We are so happy with this purchase. The description may say "Faux" Leather but it is definitely as close to real leather as possible. Actually happy that IT IS NOT leather from some animal! Have received many compliments. We purchased two of these sets and the only small question would be that One of the chairs hand control is much looser and the chair reclines a little too easily. Other than that we are very, very happy.

The design of this chair is exquisite. It allows for comfort and relaxation with great control of siting positions. The materials with which it is made are of excellent qualities. It is a very functional chair for any room in one's home.

This chair was purchased to replace an older recliner. I love the color and the style of this chair and it is so comfortable to sit on every night to watch tv. I would recommend this chair to anyone that needs a good sturdy comfortable chair. The storage in the ottoman is an added plus!

nice recliner but seat not very comfortable

Far too low for me. I was interested in a small chair but I did not anticipate how difficult it is for me to get out of. I am 75 yrs old & must really push to stand up. Nice color though but would have preferred thicker padding.. Easy to assemble. Delivery was fast. INot meeting my needs, but I could see that it would definitely fit someone else’s needs. Returning.

Easy to assemble. I also got the wide tray to attach. Glad I did. Also easy to attach.

Went together well and functions well. A sturdy piece which we will enjoy.

I love my recliner. It is so comfortable. I am only 4’10” and had such a hard time finding a recliner that worked. Then I found this one. Tall people and large men sit in it and love it. It’s universal...suits everyone.

We purchased a pair of these about 5 years ago to replace really old and worn Lazyboy recliners. We specifically shopped for a durable vinyl cover we could clean easily and were happy at first, although we soon found we needed to add a cushion for lower back support. We kept a soft fleece thrown on each chair for extra protection. Within about two years the vinyl coating began to flake off not only the chairs but the ottomans. This problem has continue to grow and now the chairs look like crap and we wish we'd just kept the Lazyboys. We got the "ruby" brownish color and the coating was applied to a light color under fabric so all the cracking and peeling is very noticeable. The coating is about as strong as tissue paper. If the salesperson had warned us about this we would have considered a higher priced item - I recently learned that Benchmaster has an alternative heavy duty type vinyl on other models.

Assembly was easy and it is perfect for what I wanted

Just got the chair assembled (what a job) but so far really like it. The style is very different from what I would normally have chosen. Would recommend it to friends.

Rich maroon color. Fairly soft feel faux leather. Does need a small pillow behind lower back when in a reclining position for us. Good buy.

I love my Swiveling Recliner and matching Ottoman. The color was perfect, I needed it to swivel, and it couldn't be too large. It worked very well to complete my existing decor. I was pleased with the quality of this product and would recommend it to others.
