Pros and cons
Positives: cute, colorful, well designed for kids to be able to clip themselves, and seems durable. Negatives: really small. I don’t feel that I can fit enough food in there for my preschooler with a big appetite.

Happy with product, but trouble ordering another
We are really pleased with the personalized product we ordered. My youngest daughter loved it so much, she wanted one with her name and and heart too. However, when I went back to the website to order another one and have it personalized, the website doesn't show where we can order the personalization when we went all the way to checkout. We don't want to buy another one without the personalization now.

Love the product, hate that it broke.
Love the product, but the lips to secure the lid have both broken off. Is there a way to purchase a replacement COVER? We still have the inside, was hoping we might have some options to re-use what we already purchased.

Mold growth - unhealthy!
While this does make it easy to pack lunches, even with religious washing and allowing it to dry, black mold is growing along the silicon surfaces - it’s disgusting and I cannot get it out. I’ll have to toss it (second one) and try a different system.

Hard for a kid to work!
Not kid or adult friendly! Too hard to put together, broke one of the prongs off the lid almost immediately. Hard to put it together, especially for a child hard to clasp together. What sad is I bought three!

Great but dips leak into other compartments.
We love this bento box. However, we’ve found that dips leak into the other compartments so we have to put them in a separate container. Maybe there’s a trick I’m missing, but it definitely doesn’t work for me now.

Smells, hard to clean.
Once we used this for a few months, the leak proof portion of the box developed a smell and seems impossible to clean. I’ve used baking soda, vinegar, boiling water, every type of soap. The smell imparts the flavor to the food. It would be fine for dry snacks, but not for anything with moisture - fruits, etc. I’m sad I wasted money on this. Found a metal bento box as a replacement and it’s been a much better fit.

Need this lunchbox in Stainless steel

Lining gets moldy
The silicone material that is on the inside lid of the container, the 'leakproof technology' turns moldy after awhile. I've been using this for my son for about 3 years, and now there is a black mold on the silicone that is impossible to remove. Seems like it's better to go with an all-BPA free plastic container or a metal container.

Awkward to clean
It’s hard to clean. The shapes don’t aid well to washing throughly so I have to take apart and put in the dishwasher daily which takes a ton of space from its design.

We generally love these lunch boxes. It makes packing lunch so so easy. Our only issue is that we have had the clips break on both of them.
