This tasted terrible, like medicine. Both my kids refused to drink it. Also why does it have artificial sugar?! Our kids don’t need diet drinks, they need less sugar.

Better electrolyte drink
This Berri lyte electrolyte drink is perfect for those sick kid days or even sick grown up days. It tastes sweet and a little salty (kind of similar to a body armor drink). But I like that it has natural ingredients for me and my kids.

Hydration products are all the rage right now and I have really liked to try them and find my favorites. These are not just for when you’re feeling ill but for everyday! I love the addition of coconut water to these drinks because it’s a natural hydrator with little to no flavors the berry flavor was spot on!

This drink has become a staple in my work out routine. Doesn’t matter if it’s walking or biking I make sure to drink a glass. The sugar is low and it helps maintain hydration, which is important! I love that it has clean plant based ingredients too.

Great when sick
With my son being in elementary school, he catches bugs often throughout the year. This is a great option when dealing with stomach bugs and trying to keep your kids hydrated when they won’t drink a ton of fluids. The flavor is good and I like that it’s also organic. It’s a great product to keep around the house.

The berrilyte electrolyte is average. The flavor it’s not super strong and tastes less sweeter than popular brands. We use them between games to recover but my kids didn’t like too much. Maybe trying other flavors.

Chose a normal flavor next time.
The actual product works wonders for hydration when sick or exposed to the heat/over exertion. However the taste for me was not the best. Maybe the cherry or grape or a normal shelf flavor would of been a hit. The Acai Berry tasted very artificial to me, nothing real about that. The after taste lingered but the hydration effect is what made us keep using this. I diluted it with water so the taste was bearable.

Nice flavor.
So far this product has worked for my kids, I think that the flavor is nice. It's not overly heavy flavor like some of these style drinks can be. It doesn't have added dyes and lots of mixed fruits are the flavor.

Not terrible
I was pretty optimistic about trying this since I don’t like pedialyte. I do like liquid IV but that has a pretty salty taste to it. Overall I think this is good in comparison to pedialyte as it isn’t as sweet. I wasnt a huge fan of the flavor but would be willing to try other flavors if they have them.

Didn't like the taste
Sadly my kids and I did not like the taste. To me it tastes like medicine, more specifically the Colonoscopy prep they give you. To get past the taste we added it to smoothies. I do like it is a little healthier than the other options out there, I just wish the taste was better! If you love things that taste like medicine then you will probably like this.

Terrible taste
I use a lot of electrolyte beverages as a long distance runner and this was the worst tasting one I ever had. The flavor seemed okay, but the salt taste was so overpowering that I could not finish it.

Helps with upset stomach
This berrilyte was there for the rescue when the little one had an upset stomach. It helped keep her hydrated and flush her system out from whatever was causing her upset stomach. The taste must not have been bad because she drank it.
