Use the tips & visuals in this guide to make taking your child's body measurements easy-peasy.

Don’t have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

How to measure

  • Height

    Standing with feet together and back to a wall. Measure from floor to the top of the head.

  • Chest

    Have your child make airplane arms. Wrap tape measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping it level & snug.

  • Waist

    With your child bending to one side, measure the point where the waist flexes naturally. Keep the tape level & comfortably loose.

  • Hip

    Have your child stand like a tall tree with feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of the hips & seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit your child well. Measure along the seam from crotch to leg opening.

Turns out that concern was unnecessary cause both the 5yr old and the toddler basically chugged it. I would recommend this to any child who's a tad backed up, itll clear them out real good.

The bottle contains the perfect amount and I can even put a baby bottle lid on it and it works just fine. I recommend it because it tastes great.

They are delicious and they don’t feel heavy on the stomach the kids truly enjoy drinking this they have never had prune and apple juice flavor but after trying it it’s definitely a favorite in our house now they are easy to open and consume and they are refreshing as well I definitely recommend this if you have little ones who like apple or even prune flavor they are not overly sweet.

I was really hoping that this juice would help. Unfortunately, I don't think she likes the prune juice taste. She has become pickier lately and pushed the juice away. Overall, I guess it just isn't for her.

They are a good size juice containers which she is able to hold and drink from them with her hands. Tastes good and it's a good juice for toddlers to enjoy.

    I have been buying this for my daughter who has struggled with constipation from early infancy into toddlerhood. We love these Apple Prune juice bottles to mix with her water to help her go to the bathroom without taking any medication. The juice is always fresh and my daughter takes it like a champ. I love the mini bottles because they don’t go to waste opening a big bottle when I only need a little bit at a time.

My toddler boy doesn't like the taste of prune juice, and its hard to give him any prune juice. But, when I offered him Gerber Apple- prune juice, he liked it. I like that it comes in small bottles, and juice quantity is just right. The texture of this juice is thinner than plain prune juice. Moreover, With addition of apple, the juice tastes sweet with little bit of tang. My child loved it!!

    Taste good

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My baby is picky about what she eats and drinks. I was pleasantly surprised that she immediately liked the taste. At first she made a puckered face, but she took another sip and actually gulped half of it down. Then finished in her second gulp. She gets constipated atleast once a week. So I tried this juice in the morning with her breakfast and by that evening before dinner time she was able to potty. I now give her this juice every other day. All natural and I feel good about giving her this brand that I have came to like and trust.
