[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a newbie and there’s such a delay in the keys not sure if this is suppose to happen but it def gets annoying but I’m a beginner so I’m definitely not out a lot of money. I can still learn and practice the keys. It’s a nice keyboard for what I paid for just a slight delay in the keys is all.

No Power Cord
I purchased this piano and when it arrived I noticed their was no power cord. I contacted support to see about buying a power cord. I have been informed that they do not sell parts. They then suggested I buy a power cord elsewhere. When I asked what cord the manual simply said AC/DC power adapter.

Decent
The pedal is terrible but they made it so that you can’t even buy a replacement because it has a different input than any other brand. It clicks every time you press it. I wish I would’ve returned this keyboard as soon as I bought it; it absolutely destroyed my passion for playing but I can’t afford to buy a different keyboard now :( Other than the pedal it is OK. I was used to being able to play an acoustic piano in college so this was obviously a step down.

Great keyboard!
This was purchased as a gift for my son. He has a piano, but he wanted something that was portable. The semi-weighted keys are good for practice. Sound quality and effects are good. The stand is sturdy. He has enjoyed the ability to use it on the computer. Very happy with our purchase!

Good Value
This is probably the best value out there for a good keyboard. My daughter will be taking piano lessons and practice on this. It has good sound, doesn't take up much space and will fill our home with music. Love it!

Would not recommend
The sustain pedal made a horrible clicking sound every time you pressed down. The pedal broke and now we are unable to find a replacement. Called the company to see if they sold a replacement and was told they do not. No other sustain pedal or converter has the same plug! So frustrated! Would not recommend.

Cheep Price Tag Not Worth It
As someone who’s played piano my whole life, these semi-weighted keys are THE WORST. Go with fully-weighted like an acoustic piano or not weighted at all like an organ/electric keyboard. Either way is fine, but don’t get this half-way-in-between-stuff. It’s like the fence-sitter of pianos that can’t decide if it wants to be a piano or an organ/electric keyboard. DO NOT FALL FOR THE CHEEP PRICE TAG. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. DO NOT GET THIS PIANO.
