Missing hardware
We have ordered several of these planters and overall are very happy with the quality of the product, but with every planter we ordered the unit was short on its hardware (nuts and bolts). We had to purchase hardware to complete the assembly of the planters. The company needs better quality control, obviously.

A million washers, wing nuts and bolts…..30 minute assembly time? Ha!! In person really doesn’t look very good but since struggling for hours to put it together I’m going to use it one season and then put it to the curb. I wouldn’t advise purchasing this item. Next year I’m going to buy a watering trough instead.

Cute garden bed! 1hr install
I previously had a garden bed made out of wood. It didn’t last long as the wood started rotting. I am so excited to try this metal bed. I love the color! The instructions say it takes 1 person 30min to install, but I ended up having to get my husband’s help and took us an hour. The height is perfect so you don’t have to bend down. Overall, the price was worth the installation portion.

We have assembled it, but not used it yet. Nice looking box, but assembly realistically takes 2 people. A lot of nuts and bolts. The supporting straps in the middle bend easily. As long as they hold stress pushing them out, it should be fine.

I ordered and paid for two 8ftx2ftx2ft 9-in 1 garden bed in charcoal what you sent was 22inchx17.7inchx9.3inch. My husband is in a wheelchair and was wanting to try gardening the eight foot x two foot fit into the space between our window I need it to be 2foot tall so he can reach it in his wheelchair. I don't know why you keep senting the wrong size! the only size that works in that space is 8feet long by 2feet deph by 2feet tall. Just like the picture only in charcoal. I just want what I order and paid for in the right SIZE. This is to help a stroke victim that has lost the use of his left side. Please send the right size I'm begging you to do the right thing and send what I paid for!!!!

Flimsy and time consuming to assemble
My 8 x 2 x2 container had a LOT of screws. It took a couple hours to assemble each one. They also need to be a a very level stable surface because they will flex quite a bit. If you have a good solid ground surface they amy work fine for you.

NOT easy to put together
It took 2 of us 2 hours to put this planter box together. I would like to make the following suggestions to the manufacturer: 1. Instead of having to overlap panels (which makes it tricky to insert the screws) why can’t you just make each panel taller? It would take a lot less time to put together if each panel was taller. 2. Don’t use wing nuts. Use bolts! The wing nuts add extra time to the assembly. 3. Instead of using 2 support bars that you have to screw together, just make one longer strut that can be attached to either side. You would make your customers happier with the product if the assembly was easier. Other than the assembly of the product, I am happy with it.

Great price and planter looks great! Seem sturdy enough but only time will tell. I would buy them if they were on sale again. Only complaint is that they do not give you enough screws, washers and wing nuts. I think half were missing. Fairly cheap fix but makes an extra trip to the hardware store.
