Q: Does this game produce a laser damaging light?

A: It's best not to point light into eyes, however, the type of laser light toys produce is vastly different from commercial direct laser light. This is more or less similar to laser pointer.

A: Hello, Infrared projectors correspond with receivers within the blaster to trigger interactive lights & sounds and diminish life points. The Blaster sets are also sold with vests for extra sensitivity . Thank you.

And to my disappointment there's no laser part to it. Where is the laser at and where's the laser tags at there was demonstrated in the advertisement for them. Very disappointed so I gave them to the kids to play with after all I'll do is really make noise. I'll keep looking for what I was looking for for the adults to play with. But I was very disappointed in that this wasn't what was actually advertised.
You will not be sorry.

I purchased 3 sets of these for our gift exchange between cousins. They were a hit!!! The kids, ages 5 to 28, spent 3 hours playing in the local park in the cold and dark and had a blast. (Pun intended.) Used fewer batteries than I expected.

Not happy with how many batteries they take. Came with very little instruction, other than battery install and button functions. Even going to Youtube did not help. The "lives" and how they work hard to figure out. Would be nice if they actually had a laser beam that tagged the other players. Quite disappointed in this purchase.

I bought these last year around thanksgiving and these were a hit! All the teens loved it and fought with the parents to play! These were pretty fun and easy to use for younger kids as well! I decided to buy more so that more people could join in on the fun!
