Wanted to love this chair so much, but after having it for less than 4 months, the fabric is already showing discoloration. Every other material seems to be great quality but I’m disappointed with the fabric’s quality considering the price point. Would recommend trying a different brand.

We just received the chair and started assembling it. Some of the cap nuts don’t have any thread to them. Which is an issue since you can’t attach them to the bolts to complete.

I bought this years ago. I loved it so much, I didn't want to put it outside. After a couple years, I decided to keep it on my deck and love it so much more. I purchased a cover to protect it from the elements. The ONLY thing is I wish they sold replacement cushions. Keep it covered and you will enjoy this for many years.

I love this chair! I fell in love with the design when I first saw it as a patio in store display 7 years ago! So, what do I like? It’s like a cave! For me! I fits me and probably another but that’s debatable because I don’t know if I can share space well. ;p the love the medium color gray I got, but I wish the inside frame was gray too. It’s huge! When I got the box I was skeptical about how can this cave fit in the box! Of course, once I opened the box I knew it was another Lego-like project. I love putting stuff together. The pieces were labeled and the directions clear-ish but I would have liked the directions to be more detailed. I used my own tools since these are not my first furniture to put together. I would recommend two more additional tools to this set. I gotta say it would be easier with 2 people putting this together but with me alone and the weight and shape of it, it took me 2 hours to put together, not 30 minutes. I did have to do some rescrewing some than once because of the aesthetics and the wrap material that makes it wicker-ish and can be chipped off by a washer placement. I’m 5 feet 4 inches at 111 lbs so it’s a great size for me. It’s my reading nook with all the cushions and comfort of someone who wants to feel like they’re in a protective barrier. In the photos I showed how tall the chair was to my height. It would be comfortable to nap in. It also fits my hubby comfortably and he’s almost 6 foot tall. I like that it’s sturdy and sits fixed on a stand versus other models I’ve compared to. What I would also like is for the cushions to not move when I adjust myself in the chair and for the bottom cushion to be thicker. I did add my own cup holder because it’s a great chair to sit and read and drink coffee or tea in. It’s an indoor chair for me in my garden corner. Happy nooking!

Nice sturdy chair but the pillows fade VERY quickly, which takes away from the look significantly. AND -- it's impossible to find cushion replacements in these dimensions. The manufacturer doesn't even sell them. Totally killing my yard vibe!

Well I love the chair! EXCEPT I received a defective piece and Target refused to resolve it. You can see in the photos the unraveling piece! For such an expensive chair this should not have happened. I was told I could Return it and buy it back at the more expensive price to get a non-defective chair, or keep the defective one. So I assembled the chair. After hours… I have a cute chair with a defective piece. No one cares that this was a $600 chair. No one cared about the lack of customer service. No one cared that this was a Mother’s Day gift that we saved for. I was told too bad, so sad! Super disappointing. I’ve waited years to be able to get this chair and this is the end result. I asked for a price adjustment to offset the result of living with a damaged chair and was told there is Nothing that can be done and this is my Chair to keep. I have never felt so disappointed and sad and ripped off in my life for what was supposed to be a sentimental gift! Shame on you!

Awesome chair! Easy to assemble with one person, zero issues with quality. Looks great!

We bought this chair with the navy cushions and they faded after on summer. The manufacturing company offers no support after 60 days and does not sell replacement seperately.

The cushion was folded in the box and left an imprint. Hoping it evens out though it hasn’t yet and has been out of the box for 2 days. Will be reaching the company for a replacement and I will update this review if they make it right.

Super comfortable seating

It was a little difficult to assemble the chair, but it came with factory defects. I would like to know how to repair that.

Beautiful chair but not the same color. Slightly more beige brown than expected. Also, clearly made from a weather resistant material that’s synthetic mixed with rattan. Not fully rattan. It is a great piece for the price, though.

Would not recommend this company! This item was on sale last night in which I placed an order. This morning I received an email stating that my order has been canceled due to the item being sold out. I go back to the link and the item is now double the price and NOT sold out. It seems like they only canceled my order due to the price being too low in their eyes. I absolutely despise companies like this and will never shop with you again.

It’s a target plus item, not eligible for price match. Got it a few days ago and it went on sale. Target won’t price match.

Super cute and cozy but fabric fades terribly. Not like any other outdoor fabric I’ve ever seen.

Came in missing a major piece(the roof piece) can Target cannot send an extra part. Called the manufacturer and they cannot do anything since it’s ordered through Target. Ended up putting it all together for an hour and later took it all apart for return. Pretty much ruined the whole day…

zero issues putting it together. all holes matched up and screws were the right length. it’s sooo pretty and affordable! only negative is say is that i wish there was a little velcro loop to hold the bottom cushion on bc it does slide when you sit :)
