The ingredients seem to be quality ingredients however, I have not really noticed anything in regards to it affecting me. I would imagine it would take longer than a couple of weeks of use. The value is reasonable and I am considering purchasing again so I can continue trying it. There is no taste to the product or after taste I would recommend.

The cons: The capsule seemed thin and had a very plastic taste. They also wanted to stick to my mouth. And even worse, it is a twice a day supplement. No child resistant packaging I have a 10’year old, so that’s fine. But if we have friends with kids over? No. Vitamins are just as dangerous as other meds. Except maybe nothing to worry about since it tastes gross. It’s definitely not a repurchase for my sensory issue self.

So is it 4 a day or 2 a day? Maybe this is my problem but I wasn’t about to take more than it instructed… no side effects no after taste and it didn’t do anything for me. Again maybe it’s supposed to be 4 a day, if so this needs to be fixed.

I’ve noticed an improvement in my mood, fewer hot flashes, and just an overall sense of well-being ,The capsules are easy to take, and with 90 in the bottle, it lasts a while too. If you’re going through menopause and looking for a little extra support, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try
