The reduction provided a lot of relief but I had to re-learn how to breathe deeply because I had become accustomed to the short restricted breaths. This product helps with that, and I also feel like it is easier to couch up that yuck rather than go without it. I have weak muscles anyway, so I can take all the help I can get.It is easy to take, you just take a couple capsules with a glass of water, theres no taste at all. I was interested in using this because I have had a chronic cough for over 20 years and over 30 doctors still can’t give me a diagnosis nor can they find anything that gives me relief. This supplement has several ingredients in it that I’ve been researching. While it didn’t eliminate my cough (I didn’t have any expectations considering my history), I genuinely noticed a decrease in both frequency and severity of my cough. I fully attribute this improvement to these supplements. My fiancé noticed too! I do believe this will be a supplement I continue to purchase! I am thoroughly impressed!

While it’s not specifically to treat asthma or asthma symptoms, I figured supporting his lungs wouldn’t hurt. After a decade of smoking THC and having quit over a year ago, I still felt I needed some sort of cleanse and this does just that! I feel like it contributed to help me even breath better. Only downside is the capsule itself is pretty big if you’re not a big pill drinker this might suck. It’s just about as big as a prenatal pill. Other than that, definitely worth a try!
