It helped with some symptoms
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to test from Influenster. Ever since i hit my late 40s, i have had hot flashes, mood swings and weight gain from hormonal imbalance. Ever since i started taking these, my hot flashes are infrequent but not eliminated. I don’t get irritated at everyone on a daily basis anymore :), just once in a while so seemed to help with mood swings. It did not help with sleeping through the night although i only wake up in the middle twice a week so it’s not frequent. Since it helped with hot flashes, i may continue this supplement because i am done sweating profusely on a regular basis.

They work!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is "the one"! I can't take hormones because I'm on Plavix. I've tried other vitamins/supplements and nothing has helped. Hot flashes have been the worst of it, especially at night. Since taking this they've reduced by 80%.*angels singing* Thank God!! I feel like it's either helped my mood, too, or it's been a peaceful month? I think it's these supplements. I'm not on fire. That's the biggest overall noticeable difference.

They leave no bad aftertaste, which is always a plus. It comes with 90 capsules that require at least 2 a day. I took one in the morning and one at night.

Quality ingredients

The ingredients seem to be quality ingredients however, I have not really noticed anything in regards to it affecting me. I would imagine it would take longer than a couple of weeks of use. The value is reasonable and I am considering purchasing again so I can continue trying it. There is no taste to the product or after taste I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this wasn’t a great stand out for me. Let’s see why. The pros: it’s full of good stuff for my aging self. The cons: The capsule seemed thin and had a very plastic taste. They also wanted to stick to my mouth. And even worse, it is a twice a day supplement. No child resistant packaging I have a 10’year old, so that’s fine. But if we have friends with kids over? No. Vitamins are just as dangerous as other meds. Except maybe nothing to worry about since it tastes gross. It’s definitely not a repurchase for my sensory issue self.

Didn’t work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted this to work because my hot flashes are horrible. First off the directions aren’t clear. It says 2 a day morning and night. So is it 4 a day or 2 a day? Maybe this is my problem but I wasn’t about to take more than it instructed… no side effects no after taste and it didn’t do anything for me. Again maybe it’s supposed to be 4 a day, if so this needs to be fixed.
